Paper cuts and funky prints

Had a great time at Cottenham Textile in focus today with Ruth Burton. We started off by cutting black paer into 3" squares and then exploding them or mirror imaging them

We made printing blocks from funky foam (below) and then printed then out using acrylics, rotating them and alternating them. I enjoyed the exercise and look forward to repeating the exercise when I have more time to think about the design and when I have DECENT SCISSORS!

funky foam on mountboard using double sided tape for speed. Fun and easy.
