Spring flowers

At last! Spring is here...
So often I have wanted to make a record of all the wild flowers growing in the meadows and round the fields near here. This year, I hope I shall manage it, and here are the first. I noticed the aconites a few days ago carpeting the ground under a tree. Pure magic! Tony was amused at me lying on the ground to capture them and Rosie was busy sniffing out anything worth eating. She was unsuccessful!
The snowdrops were hiding in the woods. The clump I had hoped to photograph have gone and I was sad to think someone had taken them. They were a really tall variety.
