Saturday 3 January 2009

As I walked rosie this evening, the sky had separated into dark grey and pale blue tinged with streaks of red. It was SO dramatic and even though we have lived in the countryside for 35 years, the sunsets still excite me. Above the dark grey level was a row of flattened fluffy dark grey cloads. As I walked, the red streaks darkened as if someone had taken an aerosol can across the sky. I only had my mobile phone with me and the picture does not capture it well. I must remember to carry my camera in future!

Experiment number 2
This is one of the plans of the 'c' class sailing canoe my dad designed in the 1940's and I hope to use the drawings in my collage and design work this year.
